We offer a variety of video and action photography, as well as media sessions. These can be private sessions (see our open sessions page) as well as team sessions (contact us for more info).

While we strive to get the content to our customers as fast as possible, we follow a review and edit protocol to ensure highest quality achievable. This means that our average turn around time is 3 weeks from the date of the event. Mind that this is just an average and it is standard practice to have this length of time.

GSM does not show previews of any images to any person prior to purchase. This is to protect our product and it is standard practice throughout the photography industry. GSM may choose (on occasion) to provide a sample gallery of other athletes not necessarily pertaining to 1 event to give an overview of what to expect, but that is at the discretion of GSM directive.

We do our best at ensuring that everyone is accounted for in big events. However, there are times when life happens and some are not able to attend. Per our policy, no-shows can receive up to a 50% credit toward a future session. At the discretion of GSM directive, we may offer a make-up day with a $50 rescheduling fee. The process must be initiated by the parent and must show to their make-up day otherwise, they forfeit their original purchase.

GSM always delivers through a digital gallery. The amount of images varies depending on which package was chosen or what content was previously agreed upon. While GSM does not offer prints as part of the package (because it would be too costly to provide such service), there is an option to purchase prints through the gallery site. Keep in mind that this is a third party and are not affiliated with Gold Sports Media, any claims on prints have to be made directly to PixieSet.
