- These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Gold Sports Media ("GSM") and the relationship between GSM and its clients. By booking any event or service with GSM, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review them carefully.
- Ownership of Media Gold Sports Media (GSM) retains exclusive copyright ownership of all media produced by GSM and its contracted photographers. The client acknowledges that GSM owns all rights to the media, including but not limited to photos, videos, and any other related content.
- Raw Materials GSM will not provide raw footage or unedited material to any individual or entity. All media delivered will be the final edited versions, as determined by GSM.
- Booking Limitations GSM reserves the right to limit the number of bookings scheduled per day for any events. This is to ensure the highest quality service and attention to each client’s needs.
- Booking Timeline and Rush Fees Event bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If a booking is made within 7 days of the event, a "rush" fee will apply. The rush fee will start at $20 and will not exceed $50, depending on the scale and complexity of the event. The rush fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellations: Clients may cancel their booking within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. Any cancellations made after this 48-hour period will receive a partial refund of 80%.
- Non Playing Athlete: GSM reserves the rights to provide refunds to customers who book for an event but do not perform on the event. We do however understand the sacrifices made by the parents to pay for media packages. Therefore, make-up days/refunds can be evaluated on a case-by-case scenario and will be up to discretion by GSM directive.
- GSM Cancellations: If GSM must cancel an event, the client will receive a full refund.
- No-Show: If a client has paid for a service but fails to attend the scheduled event, the client is responsible for initiating a refund request. Only 50% of the total payment will be refunded for no-shows. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the event. If no request is made within 15 days, GSM reserves the right to retain the full payment.
- Early Cancellations: Clients who cancel more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 75% refund.
- Credits Option In the event of cancellation, GSM offers clients the option to apply their payment as a credit toward a future package rather than a partial refund. The client may choose either a refund or credit at the time of cancellation.
- Delivery of Final Edited Media The number of final edited images or media delivered to the client will be determined by GSM based on factors such as the nature of the event and the number of poses or shots taken. GSM does not guarantee a specific number of images for any given package.
