GSM works diligently to ensure the proper placement of all our athletes according to their present and future needs. To achieve this, we work with a wide variety of coaches, directors, and other personnel to verify open positions and scholarship opportunities. GSM Recruiting promises to find a placement where not only the athlete will develop their skills, but also ensure their safety, peace of mind, and academics, are all in the best interest of the athlete. GSM however does not guarantee the amount of the scholarships awarded to our athletes, if any are awarded. We will do everything in our power to achieve the best result possible given each individual athlete's conditions and needs.

Throughout the process, our agents will evaluate and arbitrate communication between the athletes and the coaches; and will also evaluate and use the recruitment platforms to establish that communication. It is our belief as parents that communication is as clear and concise as possible. It is also very important to us that the parents of the athletes, as well as the athletes themselves, are aware of all communication every step of the way. Typically we expect this process to last about a month, but depending on what stage the athlete is currently in, it may take longer, or be done in a week. Every athlete is unique in their own way and that is why the timeframe varies.
