Open Sessions Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Gold Sports Media ("GSM") and the relationship between GSM and its clients. By booking any event or service with GSM, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Ownership of Media Gold Sports Media (GSM) retains exclusive copyright ownership of all media produced by GSM and its contracted photographers. The client acknowledges that GSM owns all rights to the media, including but not limited to photos, videos, and any other related content.

2. Raw Materials GSM will not provide raw footage or unedited material to any individual or entity. All media delivered will be the final edited versions, as determined by GSM.

3. Booking Limitations GSM reserves the right to limit the number of bookings scheduled per day for any events. This is to ensure the highest quality service and attention to each client’s needs.

4. Booking GSM may require a 50% nonrefundable deposit for the slot to be guaranteed once the quota has been reached. The deposit is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice being sent, failure to pay the deposit may prevent the client from attending the session requested if the event sells out before deposit is made. Final payment will be due 2 days prior to the event date or in person before their time slot (the client must communicate that they plan on paying the remainder in person before the event date.

5. Booking Timeline and Rush Fees Event bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If a booking is made within 7 days of the event, a "rush" fee of $25 will apply. The rush fee is non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellations: Clients may cancel their booking 7 days before the event for a full refund. Any cancellations made within this 7-day period will receive a partial refund of 50%.
• GSM Cancellations: If GSM must cancel an event, the client will receive a full refund or a credit for a future purchase.
• No-Show: If a client has paid for a service but fails to attend the scheduled event without any previous notice, the client will not be eligible for a refund. In any case, GSM will allow 1 reschedule with a partial credit (50%) if payment has been made in full. If the client has only paid the deposit, they will forfeit the deposit. Meaning that the client will have to pay the remaining 50% for the reschedule and if they do not show for the rescheduled date, they forfeit their credit and the 50% rescheduling fee.

6. Delivery of Final Edited Media The number of final edited images or media delivered to the client will be determined by GSM based on factors such as the nature of the event and the number of poses or shots taken. GSM does not guarantee a specific number of images for any given package.
